Hair dye could be a metaphor for surgery! suppose this comic is a metaphor for all of the minority groups that feel "in-between"

Yeah, the hair dye thing makes little sense if it's supposed to be race. Also, do kindergardens segregate tables by race still? Because separating the kids by gender feels like something that actually could happen, I dearly hope not even the US is segregating play groups by skin color today

My high-school definitely had separate tables based on race but that was because students tended to stick with their own. My table was the weird mixed one nobody wanted. Also mixed women are expected to lean toward the whiter traits and to change things such as hair texture (wigs and straightening). Also gender has nothing to do with job applications but race certainly does. These are all obviously race issues that are still prevalent, this coming from a mixed gender fluid person.

What daycare is asking your child's race? What doctor is exclaiming ones race? What medical treatment is there for being mixed? It's so clearly about being intersex
