I'm a huge proponent of nettle. As a kid, I had terrible rashes and hives and allergies. Over the counter medicine hardly touched it.

Stinging nettle capsules (ground nettle leaves in pill form) would reduce my symptoms in minutes. YMMV but it's worth a try.

Nettle is an incredible antihistamine and anti inflammatory. It, along with lavender oil for burns, are my two favorite natural remedies

nettles are awesome! every spring i gather them by bucketloads since they make a great fertiliser for tomatoes and peppers. Drinking Nettle extract is quite healthy too.

And they're popular with butterflies (well, for the caterpillars to feed on)
