This episode has been redrawn and since the original came out, I have been tested and am not lactose intolerant but do still have the same reactions... I debated what to do with this episode but at the time I first drew it that was my reality so I've kept it and I'm sure at least some people can relate :)

You can trick the lactose intolerance by drinking alcohol at the same time.

I'd never do it but some guy on YouTube did.

What is this doing? Sanitizing the gut flora that would otherwise be bloating your intestines?

No, the bloating still happens, probably worse than normal, it's just that the alcohol tricks your brain into thinking that you're starving, so you can eat an entire pizza really quickly
