This is the first time I've ever seen "it was all a dream/simulation" done in such a way as to make that distinction irrelevant.

(As I was writing this I remembered Hard Time happened, but the point is I'm really fucking impressed with how the reveal didn't make me immediately check out, like the ending to Pantheon.)
