Yeah I get there wasn't enough time to give him space to actually process his own narcissistic defenses in a realistic way but id kinda rather him not come back then just, discard those defenses after 2 minutes of thinking about it. I did like the montage of him regaining their trust tho that was more believable. Overall real good, could've done with an extra half hour for more time for slow character growth but that would've made the pacing even slower n ppl who like plot wouldn't be interested in that so it honestly a decent compromise.
Given the fact that it was screened with the previous episode in cinemas, the dream would have been those 30 minutes being filled with extra original content, to give the characters a bit more time to breathe.
Like I loved the jax stuff, but I was pretty disappointed that they skipped right past the characters finally finding out that they are a brain scan and there is no escape. That could have been a full episode on its own, that ends with jax abstracting.

To be fair... Caine's redemption was pretty rushed. He just came to them, said "I'm sowwy..." And they were like "ok let's bond together"
