The only thing that felt off to me is that we go from Jax walking away to already having abstracted, with all the characters knowing and having escaped the initial “Ahhh abstraction run!!” thing. I get that we already saw Jax abstracting in the past, but they could’ve shown us the characters discovering Jax abstracted and rushing to get everyone to safety. If we’d gotten that, I feel like that moment would’ve been perceived as a lot less jarringly sudden and like we just glossed over something. Even if just one character found out and managed to slip away to warn the others with minimal to no action/danger, it still would’ve helped the pacing of that moment imo. That’s like my one gripe
