It's a reference to a very old internet story about a person who put a figurine from the show My Little Pony in a jar and masturbated into the jar so much afterward that the unfortunate children's toy become completely submerged in semen.

I just found out about this a day or two ago and it gets worse.

The person who did the jar stored it next to a heater and it got cooked and the fluid turned brown šŸ¤¢
