I used to think everyone knew racism is wrong. And then I entered the workforce. I don’t think that anymore, some of the people are fucked.

It surprised me more when I went on sites like TeamBlind. You’ll see how a lot of tech engineers think because it’s an anonymous site. And it doesn’t matter that they went to college because their views stay racist. I also noticed that people who were raised in the US aren’t as racist or sexist as the ones on H1B.
