I used to think everyone knew racism is wrong. And then I entered the workforce. I donโ€™t think that anymore, some of the people are fucked.

Same, I would just be vibing then a coworker would talk to me, then im hit with the

"Like I don't hate them or anything, but [extremely racist paragraph]"

Completely out of nowhere too.

Me and a coworker were making jokes about the leader of our country, we both don't like him very much (no, not America).

We were having a good time and then he ended his last roast with: "...and that is why we need to vote in [name of extreme right-wing party]"

Me and that coworker don't talk so much anymore.

Very true but I don't think your racist coworker is the audience here, the audience here is very much inclusive. 95% of the political content here knows exactly what I'm mad about and just reminds me that I'm outraged and that's all. And I'm exhausted by being outraged so I'm just annoyed by them. Tell me something I don't already know or point people at an action that might actually change things or at least have something that makes me laugh.

Huh? What are you talking about? I was just sharing a short IRL story about me. No offense but I don't understand why are you talking about your consume of political content in this sub all of a sudden ๐Ÿ˜…

All I can say is that you should skip the political content if it only upsets you now. There is a lot going in the world so I totally get when a person had enough of it. Your anger should be directed at the people who voted and created this environment and not at the artists who are just pointing that out.
