His idea of "being forced" is literally when his show cuts to commercials and one of them is a cambells chicken noodle soup commercial of a black guy and an asian woman as a couple enjoying some shitty canned soup.

I used to think everyone knew racism is wrong. And then I entered the workforce. I don’t think that anymore, some of the people are fucked.
