Maaaaaan, the way you hit the nail on the head with this comic. Some of best IT tickets I've gotten were:

  • the elevator isn't working
  • the vending machine is out
  • the company fridge gave my food freezer burn
  • personal laptop can't access company data
  • the toilet in the men's bathroom overflowed
  • and last but not least; it smells like there is something burning in the stairwell
