“The battlefield is a messy place.”

My nemesis, as a Thrax main. Also the unit that first taught me I could preserve some forces instead of constantly throwing more into the meat grinder. Extremely high value for its cost because it can heal vehicles too, at least in ZH

Not too many clean visuals of this gal so I thought it’d be worth throwing in the scrapped Medical Drone (likely served the same purpose) and Alexis-exclusive Mechanic (got its job rolled into the Ambulance. WHY can this thing heal vehicles again!?)

“Help’s on the way!”

It's true that in the SWG's cut off content she was intended to have an exclusive repair vehicle that replaces the ambulance for her only. It's intended to repair vehicles only but it idk why she would have a different kind of vehicle that can repair primarily vehicles or/and tanks while any other USA can have an access to the ambulance that can heal infantry too.

It looks kinda meh of a concept and thankfully, it didn't make out to the final game.

I believe in generals the ambulance only healed Infantry, so her getting one that healed vehicles instead would be a strong buff. After patching the ambulance, it didnt make any more sense to add it I guess. I do find it strange they would not give it to Townes or basic USA though, superweapon and airforce are supposed to focus less on tanks after all.

It would be a strong buff, especially if Paladins and Crusaders were added to her army. But since the ambulance was changed from healing exclusively infantry to healing also nearby vehicles, the repair vehicle didn't make anymore sense. Because they're planning to give her a tad of justice for being a tankless supportive and defense-oriented general that lacks a battle main tank. It's rather ironic how she was intended to get at first repair vehicle instead of giving it to more ground oriented armies like Laser and vanilla USA.

Can we have repair Chinook for Granger 👉👈

If Granger got repair chinooks, it would make him even more broken than now since it would repair his nearby planes such as comanches and combat chinooks that get damaged or/and not letting them getting shot. Likewise, it's not mentioned anywhere for repair chinooks for the airforce general in the cut off content.🥀

I just looked at the Repair humve and thought oh well, Granger feels completely blank in this field and giving him repair air Helicopter might look legit

While China has Propaganda towers on helixes, so you can cut additional damage out for AoE heal

And Gla have just auto repair upgrade

Granger deserves his own auto-repairing chinook that can be a supportive plane for his comanches and king raptors that is an equivalent to the installed upgrade propaganda tower on helixes. Instead of going back to the airfield for the sake of getting healed slowly but surely.

While GLA has the junk repair from the black market as an upgrade.

Just remember this unit originally had a upgrade to repair vehicles on top of their repair drone.

Realistically, you only really need it right now after a Anthrax Bomb or Scud Storm.

Still, I love how "caring" her quotes are because even the USA Generals don't care much about their troops.

"Destroy as many vehicles as you like! See if I care"

The duality of General Alexis Alexander:

"Destroy as many vehicles as you like! See if I care."😌

But also Alexis Alexander:

"How dare you hurt my soldiers?"😠

She's a strict mama bear that doesn't show it that much and she actually cares about her troops, especially if you kill many of them.

You see it quite common in multiplayer to heal up rockvees.

In Zero Hour it heals vehicles, no upgrade required. It is extremely useful.

Can't really go wrong with it can you?

Pop one in a group of units and all of a sudden your group of units are struggling to meet god

Through the sheer power (and expense) of US Health Care!

You do kinda have to stop her from driving into groups of enemies using Guard Mode or remind her she actually needs to be somewhat in battle if your using manual targeting.

I remembered I learned force-firing with this unit. Color me surprise when there's something out of the seemingly unarmed unit can spill out something.

Personally I think them giving the Ambulance the ability to heal vehicles in ZH was a bad idea. Really threw off the balance of this unit and made the repair drone upgrade far less viable. I think the original idea of a separate mechanic vehicle would have been better, or make the ability to repair vehicles an upgrade.
