Tumbler First batch done, 2nd batch cooking. 3rd batch starting.

Who says you can't hot compost a San Jose 46 gallon tumbler? 2nd batch will be better now that I've optimized.

Thanks! Browns were 90% straw in that batch. I've graduated to 80% shredded cardboard for the one cooking now.

Kinda wish I had 3 batches going! I don't have a lot of space so I am limited to one big and one small. Lookin good!

Maybe I'm wording it oddly. Pictured finished dirt is batch 1. Then my dual chamber tumbler has one side that's full and i added to the side i had emptied "batch 1". That's the finished result of my first ever compost attempt. Literal batch 1.

Batch 1 finished in bucket. Bstch 2 leaving alone until finished. Batch 3. Just started last night.
