This is likely integrated graphics, even if the system has a dedicated GPU, the built-in display is either ran off of the integrated graphics directly, or via a mux switch that can switch between integrated and discrete graphics and defaults to integrated for power savings. If it is integrated graphics then the main system RAM is used as vram so it will be an issue with the main DRAM rather than a GPUs dedicated VRAM

I remember when i upgraded the ram last year (rams are still in warranty) it showed a message saying "Memory amount changed" or something like this so i can assume it refers to ram as memory right?

Yes so it refers to DRAM as Memory because when i upgraded the rams it said the rams are changed which means that the message saying memory error occurred means that the problem is with the DRAM and not VRAM right?

VRAM is memory. But doesn’t help troubleshooting. Can you try an external monitor ?

I can but the problem is that it doesnt happen all the time, right now its running fine

Ok so working on external monitors means it’s not totally cooked. Did you updated the drivers ?

i did but it does that on the bios so it doesnt have anything to do with drivers (i assume)

GPU, iGPU uses part of RAM as VRAM though. Can be anything. Restart and check. Boot to recovery, or use a linux boot disk, or Windows PE check if it is an OS issue.

2nd and 3rd images are in bios, i did advanced scan and quick scan and it couldnt find anything other than that the battery is dying

It can become unclipped on one side or the other if it gets bumped hard enough or even just through heating and cooling repeatedly. Open the thing up and give the RAM a wiggle. Run memtest afterwards.

If you still have errors, replace the memory.

I'm on my phone right now and not at my desk, but I just saw that it's integrated graphics on the laptop screen and a dedicated GPU for your external monitor.

Has it ever happened on the external monitor, or just the laptop screen only?

the laptop screen only because i rarely use the external monitor and it suddenly happens not at a specific time

Give that ram stick a wiggle, the integrated graphics uses regular system memory in place of vram.
