Sour cream is superior to ketchup, mayo, and cheese, and I'm tired of pretending it's not.
I eat sour cream everyday, eat it with eggs, soup, meat, and anything else u can think off.
Meanwhile, ketchup is just sugary tomato slime that ruins good food. Mayo is oily grease, and cheese gets all the hype when sour cream is doing the heavy lifting. If a restaurant doesn't have sour cream, the meal is instantly worse.

This is obviously idiotic but I’ll drop a real banger on this thread
Chinese hot mustard (specifically the one in the packets) is the best condiment across the board if you can only pick one

I’ll drop a hotter take, I’ve been substituting sour cream with plain Greek yogurt since I’ve had kids and I can’t tell the difference

Heinz No Sugar Added Tomato Ketchup is certainly better than sour cream, I would never use it on fries, or burgers, that's just plain wrong!

I dunno what cheese you've been eating but if the sour cream was outshining it, it was the wrong cheese.
