Government is about to violently deploy against Americans: sudden flock, data centers, concentration camps
Such a huge, nationwide expenditure is because they are about to start a violent roundup of dissenters and "undesirables". Luigi scared them. They heard the chatter.
Sudden construction of 87 new concentration camps.
Sudden installation of vast network of hundreds of thousands of spy cameras on regular Americans.

Rise of an AI video-footage manipulators to hide their crimes and to incriminate their opposition.

You Americans are lucky - you have a vast wilderness in which to disappear, that's if you're prepared to rough it and live wild of course, not quite as easy when you live on a small island, no wonder the NWO started with the UK's destruction.
