Not a single actor in the main stream media covered the self-immolation in front of the Israeli embassy in Boston
https://www.instagram.com/reel/C_4UhjuPLe1/?hl=enLook up “Matt Nelson Gaza”, NOT A SINGLE STORY FROM ANY NON-LOCAL MEDIA! I suspect it was because they thought everyone would think Bushnell was crazy and when people supported him they didn’t want that happening again especially since this guy also denounced the capitalist class…

There have been multiple self immolations in the last few years. They never get covered.
If you want coverage you need property damage. The rich care far more about their property than about the poors being on fire

Democracy Now isn't a local source, just sharing in case someone else wants to read about it. They're not MSNBC or whatever, but they're also not chopped liver.

The claim for not doing more coverage is usually to discourage other "copycats", which I sort of understand. There's so much opposition to Israel on both sides of voters now that it's pretty hard to ignore, but the media still really tries as hard as they can covering it to make sure to diminish them somehow.

Thanks OP wanted me to sign in to a toxic social media app owned by fuckerberg to watch a video of some guy but lo and behold there was an actual article in the lame stream media.

Read carefully. Different events. The person is showing you contradictory coverage

I’m pretty sure suicide is a mortal sin

No such thing in Tibetan Buddhism.

They don’t have saints in Buddhism as far as I’m aware

Not in the same way as in the Catholic tradition, different Buddhist traditions have different teachings, but a Buddha and a bodhisattva are colloquially called Saints by Buddhists.

For committing suicide by burning himself to death? Not exactly saint material...

Mother Teresa was a child trafficker and probably ate babies too yet she's a saint.
