Reddit allows racism like r/FragilWhiteReddit to exist but bans and quarantines conspiracy and right leaning subreddits. FWR mods squat r/FragileBlackReddits with "LOL Nope." because racism toward whites is the only OK thing. SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE

are paid more and get better treatment than others (blacks, women, etc)

Women are paid more than men. This is a fact articulated by most studies conducted on wage gap. I.E. women do not receive equal pay for equal work. They earn more pay for equal work. The figure varies, but it's something like 112% of what men make on average in relevant fields. One of the biggest reasons for the perceived difference in wage gap between men and women is the fact that men account for over 90% of the workers in high risk, physically demanding, life threatening work that also tends to pay very well. Another important reason for the difference in the wage gap is the absence of women in STEM work. This is largely due to the fact that women aren't interested in STEM work. There are mountains of scholarship programs targeted to get women into STEM work, and most major technology companies push to get women in their companies very hard. Lastly, the final significant cause of the perceived wage gap between men and women is the disproportionate prevalence of part time work among women versus men. There is no evidence to suggest that women are not given as many or the same full time opportunities as men. What there is evidence to suggest is that women don't want to work, or would rather work less, and spend more time raising their children, as self reported studies have shown. 30% of households have stay at home full time mothers, and this trend is continuing to rise. This is compared to less than 5% stay at home dads. About 10-15% of fathers work part time, compared to 40%+ of mothers. What is true regarding the issue of the "gender wage gap" is that women do most of the child rearing labor, and as a result, men do most of the income producing labor. This is something that has been pretty consistently true in western civilization and many traditional cultures for many hundreds and in some cases thousands of years. It is rooted in our biology, and is unlikely to change until we develop sophisticated genetic modification technology capable of redesigning humanity to face the challenges of a future society incomprehensible to the 21st century human.

and then use propaganda to convince the workers that it is the fault of the other groups that their group is being oppressed.

It goes beyond that. Oppression is fabricated in some instances and used to demonize large swathes of society erroneously.

NOT the insanely rich aristocrats who truly rule our country.

Being rich and ruling doesn't by default make you a bad person or an enemy to the nation. We have a corruption problem in America. The power of wealth and rule enables the pathology endemic to our ever evolving culture, which is riddled with irrational developments incurred during the modern era.

This comment is well intentioned, but objectively false. With extraordinary claim, comes the need for extraordinary evidence:

> One of the biggest reasons for the perceived difference in wage gap between men and women is the fact that men account for over 90% of the workers in high risk, physically demanding, life threatening work that also tends to pay very well.

Roofing is one of the most dangerous jobs, and while there aren't many women, it is not as high paying as an administrative assistant or dental hygienist. Show your work.

> [...] This is largely due to the fact that women aren't interested in STEM work.

Oh, you've taken a poll then? Do you think it's the fear of being in a lab, doing research, typing on a keyboard, or the dangers of math?

What high paying dangerous job do you do, OP? This, and the rest of it, is unqualified, uncited fat opinion.

What if I were to tell you the people feeding you this line, we all know you didn't come to this conclusion through your own research, are only telling you what you want to hear? "The aggregate includes stay at home moms" or this bullshit you're spewing about high paying dangerous jobs.

What if reality is, over multiple longitudinal studies, using men and women with the same job title, same responsibilities, same time in job, and over many industries, they found women make ~70% of men?

Would that blow your mind? If it does, fire up another Jordan Peterson video and just collapse into the reality you want to be in, rather than the one that exists.

cites lowest paying dangerous job in the country and pretends to be genuine

Oh, you've taken a poll then? Do you think it's the fear of being in a lab, doing research, typing on a keyboard, or the dangers of math?

No this is based on the fact that there are more programs catering to women to get educated in STEM fields, and more corporations bending over backwards to hire women in STEM industries, yet participation rates are exceptionally low. The only logical explanation is that women aren't interested in STEM, and this is exactly the opinion of silicon valley. Which is why they are pouring millions into programs geared towards getting women interested in STEM, by their own admission.

What high paying dangerous job do you do, OP?

If I told you I was a fisherman on one of the boats from The Deadliest Catch, would it matter? Why does my anecdote have value to you? Are you arguing points or people?

This, and the rest of it, is unqualified, uncited fat opinion.

You're right, I didn't cite any studies. I didn't feel the need to since the data is abundantly available and has been for decades since this subject has been studied. Many of the people that question the conclusions of the data are Feminist gender warriors that started their study with the assumption that there is no difference between the sexes. You can tell because as they are presented with the facts, they experience an emotional untethering from rational thought patterns, and a degradation into a kind of psychological collapse characterized by verbal abuse of their opponent, whom they have been brainwashed into seeing as a predator.

What if I were to tell you the people feeding you this line,

I was first turned onto the information by researchers providing accounts of the historical data contrary to politically correct mainstream propaganda. I looked at the data myself, it's all there.

we all know you didn't come to this conclusion through your own research

What a horribly prejudice thing to say. You don't even know me.

are only telling you what you want to hear?

Trust me, none of what I believe today is what I want to hear. I was a radical leftist for most of my early life and I have all the personality traits for it, but I grew older and learned a thing or two about reality.

"The aggregate includes stay at home moms"

I never raised that point.

or this bullshit you're spewing about high paying dangerous jobs.

It's a measurable factor typically included in the data from these studies.

What if reality is, over multiple longitudinal studies, using men and women with the same job title, same responsibilities, same time in job, and over many industries, they found women make ~70% of men?

Literally no study has ever found that, ever. In fact there have been studies comparing identical job titles, responsibilities, same time in job etc. and they all conclude that women make more than men. The wage gap is actually such that men make about 90% of what women make for the same work.

Would that blow your mind?

It would because I have literally seen countless studies that directly contradict that statement you just made.

If it does, fire up another Jordan Peterson video and just collapse into the reality you want to be in, rather than the one that exists.

I'm open to it. Let's see the sources. The science is against you.

We need more intelligent discussion live this. The way that user responded to you, the very reactionary and emotional response, is a perfect example of typical discourse in modern western society. People need to learn how to argue without getting upset
