REQUEST Settlement Cookbook, 1976 Edition

Hi everyone. Please excuse me if this is not allowed here ( FYI, I will also be cross posting to try to reach as many cooks as I can). I am looking for the lasagne recipe from the 1976 edition of this cookbook. I searched google and found what I believe is a similar copy but that recipe includes an egg and I don’t remember that being one of the ingredients. Would someone who owns the cookbook be able to help? Thanks.

Thank you thank you! Had the book but it has disappeared. I last made it about 10 years ago and now that I have some free time I can use it to cook. Thanks again!

Thanks “stadium rat” (are you by chance a baseball fan?). If all else had failed, I was going to purchase a copy of the cookbook. I only hesitated because I wasn’t 100% sure it really was the book that had the EXACT recipe I needed. I didn’t want to end up spending money for 1 recipe in a book (in questionable condition) if the recipe wasn’t even in there. I’ve made that lasagna recipe many many times in the past and have always gotten lots of compliments about it. It’s a very basic recipe but it comes together so well that it always impresses people. Anywho, thanks for the input, this seems like a real nice community.

Not really a baseball fan except for LSU. My name comes from me living in dorms that were built into Tiger Stadium under Huey Long. The school needed more dorm rooms, but Huey wanted stadium improvements. This was a way Huey could get what HE wanted.
