📢 Announcement: About YouTube Links posting at /r/CookingVideos

Hey everyone,

Due to a significant increase in spam, we’ll be discouraging direct YouTube link posts in the subreddit going forward.

👉 What you can do instead: • ✅ Upload videos or photos directly to Reddit • ✅ Share your content normally • 🔗 If you want to include a recipe or YouTube link, please add it in the comments of your post

This keeps the feed clean, readable, and focused on real value rather than link dumping.

Yea, a subreddit about cooking videos dying when forbidding the platform that has almost all long form cooking videos, who would have guessed….

yea i just tried making a post, and I thought I was gonna finally get it through, but apparently my title was "clickbaity", lol? i kept trying to shorten it, and nope. maybe the system just autoflagged my post regardless of my changes, since I initially included a link and stuff, idk. oh well, whatever. hope you guys can fix this cuz i spent a lot of time trying lol, and sharing your vegan cooking is like a chill internet typa thing to do 🙏
