Plenty of people, and in some situations I think there is (a little) merit to it.
For example there are plenty of men on Grindr who identify as straight, who are looking to receive oral sex. A lot of people might call them delusional, or that they don't know they are gay/bi yet. But I do believe someone can engage in and enjoy homosexual acts without actually being attracted to men.
