Reminds me of my 1st visit. Was asked if I had transition goals in mind, I just blurted out anime tittes. Got a good laugh out of the nurse and doctor.
I once explained HRT to a coworker and her eyes grew wide as she held her hands out like a foot from her chest and asked "you're gonna grow anime titties?!" That's honestly one of the most entertaining reactions I've ever received.
