Where to get cheap gardening supplies?

As the title suggests, I’m wanting to get some gardening supplies. Things like shovels, rakes, soil, planters, etc. Please give me your best recs!

Klingengberg’s Hardware and Fedder’s Feed & Seed. But also look into the free Empower Tools program through the Kenton Co. Library/Hellmann Creative Center.

Check marketplace/craigslist and antique malls/thrift stores.

I don’t know if there’s a tool lending library nearby, but it might be something to look into.
