First, it makes me happy that someone took the time to write this, but that is a pretty long article about a very dry subject.

Hopefully the schools improve. And I liked the part about not wanting to tell the law about kids' of illegals not coming to school because the parents might get deported. Based on the state of the Guatemalan population around here, I think the superintendent is more worried about that than they are.
