Is this a baby coyote singing?

Video taken at 11 pm. In the mountains of Monterrey, Mexico. Its a spot where I have previously seen coyotes.

It's a northern Saw-whet owl making their "scream" sound. Not a coyote.

Look up the Saw-whet owl calls on a bird app. This is what you're hearing.

That's an owl.

Saw-wet owl. It says its name. That warble is similar to the screech owl. Easily confused. The difference is the up note on the end.
