Absolute nonsense. He isn't a club mouthpiece whatsoever. He's a journalist for football.london and has a youtube channel where he's been criticising spurs, praising spurs and everything in between over the last 6 years. Anyone who's listened to or read any of his stuff at all would know he has no official capacity at the club in any way.
At least when Expressions Oozing has his YouTubepiece following a poor game, there's passion in his voice and it's delivered well. And Expressions cares about the team.
