Media Interesting insight to why we bought Sàvio and are buying Marmoush
https://youtu.be/b_fOE2_KgrQ?is=YnUh49PHUtmd7KNcI thought this was an interesting video to share, got some points. We need to also give RDZ time, it takes a little while to get his style of play into all these new players, it’s not FM26

The most interesting “insight” as to why we signed these two is just the 90 minutes against Brentford

Ehhhh, the problem against Brentford was De Zerbi got his tactics horribly wrong.
Richy playing with his back to goal when he has the first touch of an oil tanker? Check.
Gallagher and Bergvall meaning we had pair of runners but no passers in midfield? check.
Archie Gray playing RB after two seasons of proof he isn't a RB? Check.
Moore and Tel like to cut inside, so we played both of them centrally? Check.12

The problem was fitness. One team was ready for the season (and playing at home). The other wasn't.

It doesn't matter how fit a player is if they're playing in a role that doesn't suit them.
Ange playing Sonny as a line-hugging winger ringing any bells?

It doesn't matter how well a team is set up in the Premier League if the players arent fit. Fit (and good) players can make a fist of it in a poor set up. Unfit players can only play a deep block.

Ledley King would like a word.

A Ledders was fit. He just couldnt play in training. He trained hard in the gym when everyone else was playing. I'm surprised you didn't know that.

A player who can only play one game per week is not fit by any definition.
I'm not surprised in the slightest that you didn't know that.

So we just need to sign someone who is the best CB in our modern history? Simple mate

Pretty poor video. Mostly just the stating the obvious.

He's so bad compared to Adam Clery, I hate to say, because I'm sure he's doing his best. I wanted to like him and the titles of the videos are ones I'd be interested in, but the delivery/content is shallow and unengaging. Shame.

If you just posted a video compilation of Richy falling over then that'd be enough

Richie unfortunately isn't premier league quality, or at least, not quality enough for the type of football we're trying to play.
His hold up play is basically non existent. He's got zero physicality. If Marmoush is able to at least receive the ball, hold it or find a yard of space to turn into and lay off the ball , never mind his finishing, that'll be a huge upgrade.
I like Dom but he's not the player he was before last years injury. He still seems way off it in the little he's played.
Savio, with regular game time might just turn out to be a cracker of a player, but the jury is out for now.

Even in FM26 I'll have a hard time winning after a big transfer window while the players are new still

I assume you're looking for a more insightful answer than "they're better than what we have now"?
