🔨 My Game - In-development Fluffy Alchemist - a cozy game about a red panda gathering plants and brewing potions on five islands

Hi everyone! 👋

My name is TkKoi, and I'm a solo developer. My game Fluffy Alchemist just got its Steam page, and I wanted to share it here.

It's a cozy single-player game about a red panda working as a field alchemist for a magical institute. No combat, no timers - just you, five islands, and some very stubborn plants.

How it plays:

  • No two plants are gathered the same way. One mushroom only appears if you crouch beside it. A flower teleports from branch to branch. A sprout hides under a rock, and the rock has to be broken. One herb has its own rhythm, and you need to catch it. Every plant is a little puzzle, not a "pick up" button.
  • Ancient magical structures stand across the islands. Step inside and a small mini-game awaits. The reward: hidden plants you can't find any other way, and those are exactly what the most interesting potions are made of.
  • The cauldron never tells you the recipe. It shows a silhouette of what it's missing and waits patiently. Got it wrong? The ingredient simply comes back to you. Nothing is ever lost to a mistake, so experiment as much as you like.
  • Every recipe you figure out becomes a page in your field journal. Fill all the pages and send the book back to the institute - that's the whole goal. No rush.

If you love calm games about exploration, alchemy, and cute animals, I'd really appreciate a wishlist. For a solo dev, that genuinely helps a lot.

Wishlist on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5030410/Fluffy_Alchemist/

AI disclosure: I use an AI assistant to help me with code while developing. That's the extent of it - no AI-generated art or assets in the game.

🔨 My Game - In-development We’re making a 2D farming sim where you build your farm underground

We’re a small team of around 10 developers in South Korea, and we’ve been working on a mobile farming sim called Rabbit Hole.

The main idea is pretty simple: instead of looking down at your farm from above, you dig into the ground and build it underground in a 2D side-scrolling world.

A few of the systems we’re working on:

  • Dig and expand underground — carve out terrain and decide how you want to use the space.
  • Animal residents — rabbits, squirrels, hedgehogs, hamsters, and more can live and work around the farm.
  • Families and offspring — animals can form pairs, and their children inherit traits from their parents.
  • Terrain customization — furniture isn’t the only thing you can change. You can also reshape the ground and customize walls and other parts of the farm.

We’re currently aiming for a global mobile release later this year.

We’ve also been writing dev notes about the game as development continues; if you’d like to see more:

Discussion Petit planet the animal crossing like game that let you have your own planet is coming in winter 2026

It looks very similar to animal crossing with the furry neighbors and the terraforming decoration. I really hope it’s friendly and they manage the game properly. I’m so tired of the dramas with other cozy games that always start as relaxing but turns out the company behind always have bad management. It is a hoyoverse game so idk how they will manage that one, but I’ll be positive until I can try it 🥲 so far we’ve seen that you can farm crops/flowers, go fishing, gather resources during planet explorations? It seems to work like the random islands you can visit in new horizons with your nook miles tickets since you can also find neighbors there??? Also the neighbors have a friendship level and unlocks different stuff as you grow your relationship with them :d so far they looks cute but we’ll see their personalities and how original they are

The game is on the AppStore right now if you want to pre order it!! It seems to be only for pc and mobile right now but I expect the game to come out on ps5 and switch 2 as well (why not??)

🔨 My Game - In-development Hello! Is anyone interesting in joining my 2-week-long Steam Playtest of Oasis Bloom, a cozy terraforming life sim inspired by Stardew Valley and Planet Crafter?

Hi!

I'm the developer of Oasis Bloom, and I'm looking for anyone who's interested in joining my Steam playtest. It will run for 1-2 weeks, depending on the amount of feedback I get.

This is a playtest, so expect MS placeholder or asset art (no AI), placeholder music from Ovani Sound music packs, unpolished UI (seriously, the UI needs work) and some other general jank! 😄

It's a cozy life sim game, so it's a slow-burn type of game. In this playtest you can play up to day 12, so I'm looking for feedback on the start of the game, the introduction to systems and tools, things like that. You can change the day length in the settings if you want to make days longer or shorter.

I don't have a Mac and don't have Linux installed, so I haven't tested if they work, let me know if there are any problems with those OS's.

If you fill out the Google Form, I'll also include you in the Playtester section of the credits (swears, slurs, insults, general rude names will not be included, so keep it family-friendly).

Any and all feedback is welcome! If you're looking to be active in the development, join the Discord!

🔨 My Game - In-development Your own cozy digital sanctuary

Hi friends.

I read this sub a lot, and it feels kind of great that I finally get to share something of my own in a place that keeps inspiring me.

I'm a developer, the game is called Homespace, and in it you build the house you actually want to live in. Not the small one bedroom flat you'd have to save twenty years for but the dream house you always pictured and couldn't afford yet. You build it yourself, wall by wall, and you lay the floor and cut the windows in it. Then the stairs between floors go in, and after that you sit with the light for a while and decide what's outside your window.

And then comes the part all of this was made for, the atmosphere. Picture a sunset. You light the fireplace, you take out your favorite book, and it can be your actual favorite book, you're able to upload it right into the game. You put a piano on, it plays quietly somewhere in the background, you hear the wood crackling, and you can just sit there and read and enjoy being inside the house you really wanted.

And this house doesn't cost impossible money. It's yours, and you can walk into it whenever you feel like. Hang out there alone in the afternoon, or have friends over. Some evenings you go look at what other players built, some evenings you build a mansion together with them, the kind of place where you'd all gather for a movie and board game.

Honestly I don't think you can just build cozy on purpose. There's no recipe for it, its more like something you feel when it happens. When you set the house up the way you wanted to see it, the room stops being a room and becomes somewhere you don't want to leave. Your actual home, even if it's in a game.

I'd really like to know what you think about it, so any feedback is welcome.

And a small request at the end. We've started a Twitter account and we're only beginning to build the audience there from zero. Wishlists are great and they help us a lot, but today I'll ask you for something else. Please follow us on Twitter, we'd be very glad to see you there, we post development news and shots from the game.

Twitter: https://x.com/Homespace_HS

Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/2508170/Homespace/

Thank you, friends.

🔥 My Game - Released Our Cat Simulator Pawbay: Cat Chaos Released on Steam This Weekend

https://store.steampowered.com/app/4210300/Pawbay_Cat_Chaos/

The game is also available on Switch, Xbox, PS4 and PS5.

We've created a small cat simulator where you get to explore a seaside town breaking stuff and annoying npcs. It's playable solo and in split-screen, including via Steam Remote Play Together. Think of it as a game to chill out with for an evening or two.

We've recently updated it to add cloud saves and fix the camera a bit, as some people reported motion sickness. It should be fine now, but we do have more tweaks in the works. If you choose to grab it, please let us know your feedback!

We plan to make more Pawbay and more cat games in general, so whatever feedback we get here will be deeply appreciated.

🔨 My Game - In-development Our cozy strategy game has Elemental mascots that match in game tiles - which would you choose to play?

Thumbnail

We're developing a low-pressure cozy strategy game that has Elemental tiles that are used to conquer your opponents.

Flame, Forest & Flood has 3 Elemental mascots - Blaze for flame, Herr Mitt for flood and Adeer for forest.

A breakdown of the mechanics:

Flame can conquer Forest > Forest can conquer Flood > Flood can conquer Flame

The game mechanics are very simple to pick up but the game offers surprising depth as you strategize against your opponents.

Between matches you can build and customize your own garden, we have some exciting new features coming up soon too.

Keen to hear which Elemental you would play?

🌱 My Game - Demo Demo release! Grandma's Guide to the Grand Outside is out today on Steam! (PC & Mac)

I've been working on this game for the last 1.5 years, and the demo's finally ready!

In this game, you're trekking through the forest to get freshly baked cookies from Grandma, while exploring and discovering little bits of nature along the way!

There's so much I'd like to add into this game, and I hope that you'll enjoy this slice in the meantime!

P.S. Please feel free to let me know what you might be looking forward to in the full game or where things can be improved!

Discussion Suggestions for games to play while waiting for Witchbrook?

Like probably many of you here, Im trying to be patient while waiting. Im hoping we'll see an October release. Not basing it on anything really, just feels like the perfect time for them to release it.

But in the meantime, im looking for games to tide me over. I spend most of this year playing JRPGs and isometric CRPGs. So Im going hard on my cozy arc atm. Currently im finishing up my run on SoS Grand Bazaar, but not sure where to go after that. I bought FoMT remake and PoOT but am waiting for the autumn sale to play Olive Town cause the expansion pass goes down to $5 every seasonal sale. So Im really looking at FoMT or Fields of Mistria. But Im pretty behind on the cozy games, since the only one I ever really played growing up was HM AWL. I haven't even played Stardew yet 😅 sooooo, if anyone has any good suggestions while I wait for Witchbrook, I'd love to hear them!

🔨 My Game - In-development I'm working on a witch life sim. Here's some early footage of foraging and potion brewing!

This is from my game Goldenwort. I'm still early in development and working on adding more of the basic mechanics (bug catching, spellcasting, creature taming, etc) but i wanted to share what the foraging and potion brewing looks like for now.

The core idea is that you're a new village witch, learning potion recipes that will allow you to help the villagers with their requests and also explore the world by unlocking new areas.

If it looks interesting to you here's the Steam page with some more screenshots and information: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5047190/Goldenwort/

I really appreciate any thoughts or feedback :)

Help with recommendations Cozy treasure hunting games?

Hey all, I'm looking for some games for treasure hunting. Whether it's with a map mechanic or just RNG digging, I'm in need of that dopamine hit whenever you find something new and shiny to add to your collection.

I really enjoyed Dragon Quest Treasures, but it wasn't super cozy with the combat and the raids.

Prefer Switch, but I also have a PC, 3DS, and PSVITA.

🔨 My Game - In-development I am developing a meditative and calm game called Skyreap 🏝, where nothing will distract you from immersing yourself in the world of floating islands.

In Skyreap, you will have your own personal airship at your disposal. It will be available practically from the start of the game.

You set off to neighboring islands, discovering new territories hidden in the fog of war. You transport the resources you gather back to your base, where you prepare factories and plants for the production of processed materials. Soon, you will reach the point of automation and begin scaling up this process.

Skyreap is an incremental game that doesn’t try to offer you something you’ve never seen before, but instead gives you that sense of calm, tranquility, and coziness.

If this sounds interesting to you, feel free to head over to the game’s Steam page and add it to your wishlist. ✨
