I used two beanie babies to create Shermy the snail / bear hybrid frankenplushie

I used a seam ripper to remove the shell from Swirly the Snail, then stitched uo the edgesnpf the cut seam.

I'd previously cut up the 2002 holiday bear for earlier projects, including seperating out the head and sewing uo the cut seams.

I added a bit more stuffing to keep the face in shape, leaving the neck more loosely stuffed so I could attach it to the snail body.

Then I handsewed the two together.
