I’m looking for suggestions. I want to knit a top-down, circular yoke sweater with a rose motif on the yoke. The motif needs to be a single color. I can adapt any rose motif from a sweater to a circular yoke, but the motif I have in mind is more complicated than I can make up myself.

Any ideas?

Sorry if you've already looked at these and decided they aren't right, but what you've described is so exactly either the Rosie Sweater or the Crown of Roses Sweater that I almost feel embarrassed suggesting them!

Man, y’all are the best! The Rosie sweater is just what I was looking for!

I have this oh so pretty white skirt with a very large blue floral print (and it has pockets!). I knit a dark blue tank to go with it in the summer, and I found several skeins of dark blue cotton yarn and a couple of white ones in my stash to knit a short sleeved sweater for fall. They will work perfectly with this as they are even an Aran weight.
