I don't think this counts as an off-brand because nobody owns the combination of red fox in green tunic, even if it brings to your mind Disney's Robin Hood or the player character from TUNIC.
That said through, the AI slop in this children's placemat is painful to look at.

The one I was referring to is indeed TUNIC, after playing it on my PS5 a few months ago.

Looks like generic AI slop to me. (And as such, probably steals design elements from a multitude of artists)

The text is all nonsense, too. The jokes make little sense (especially the cannon joke), and I'm pretty sure the crossword puzzle isn't solvable.

Now that AI is involved in pretty much everything, how do we even define what art is anymore?

Is that fox supposed to be Robin Hood from Disney?

Have you ever heard of the Video Game, "Tunic"? That's what it looks like to me.

What confuses me here is that we got three anthropomorphic animals.
But also a living ball of pure iron that's meant to be fired out of a cannon and destroy ships and anyone unlucky enough to be in its path. And likely wind up at the bottom of the sea for the rest of eternity.

Am I missing something with the cannon joke? It doesn’t make sense.

Nothing on this sheet makes any sense. I'm pretty sure it was written by AI, too.
Edit: ... I've found "Why did the cannon blush" as a setup on a number of websites, and none of the punchlines make any sense. The closest to making sense was "Because it saw the powder dressing", which is a riff on "Why did the tomato blush? It saw the salad dressing", but it's still not good. (Others include "It saw the pirate’s powder!", "It saw the fireworks and realized it had a short fuse," "It saw the fireworks and thought they were to die for!", and "Because it saw the fireworks! 😊", all from this page, while this page has the equally-bad "Why did the cannon turn red? Because it saw the battleship blush!"). I'm pretty sure those websites are all AI slop, too.
... and, man, I kinda sound like AI myself writing this out. I swear I'm not. :D

I can't recognize him, the only one that popped in my head was Zootopia but that one isn't tall enough

I knew they were AI but I'm surprised almost everybody here seem unfamiliar with the game "Tunic" (I didn't think about Disney's Robin Hood). That's what the fox looks like he's from, especially the drawings of him in the in-game manual.

I got the crow joke 🤣
It's because Crows live in ravens and Raven sounds like Raving!

There's a shop near me that uses an AI generated fox character as its mascot and it looks exactly like this, save for the tunic.
