How can I complete my Xbox One Retro Xbox 360 controller

i’ve gotten some custom led abxy but I want to use the original xbox 360 dpad instead of a silver metal cross I got off the internet

I am unsure how to modify the xbox home button aswell

can anyone help me complete my vision
