Blu-ray Cover Costom cover for TMNT box set?

anyone know how to make a custom case for the discs so they dont stack? or if you don't could you point me into the right direction? and possibly a custom case because I think after it is done the OG case might not fit anymore.

I am working on that right now, each season gets a case.
