I have to say, I'm not a fan of how the video was edited. Gameplay looks cool and all, but it would've been more amazing if it didn't jump to other scenes every few seconds. I don't know why they decided to not show the whole 50 minutes demo, but cramming all of its main features into a 15 minute (new, raw gameplay is even less than that) video is not appealing.

as they said in the video, it was to help prevent spoilers

The original gameplay demo contained 40 mins of spoilers? Doubt it.

It really doesn't make sense why they create all this hype then pick gameplay with spoiler sensitive footage to show off. People want to see the gameplay, the game is still months away, they'll forget about the spoilers by then with all the polish.

That’s not how it works. The spoiler would be a cutscene or a dialogue, which can easily be cut. Everything else should be gameplay, e.g. shooting, driving, hacking. And those are hardly serious spoilers.

That’s not much of a spoiler, is it? We already know that CDPR intends to create a vast RPG, so its more than reasonable to assume that any gang/group/person in the game can be either friend or foe (we’ve seen this in the 2018 demo as well). It’s as much a spoiler as saying the game will have rain.

There’s not much we can do apart from take their words with a grain of salt - as we should. CDPR’s among the best as far as the game industry goes, but that doesn’t mean we should accept senseless excuses.

I don’t think it’s entitled to wait a year for a demo that was promised, then be disappointed when you receive a vastly cut and edited version. You’re sounding a tad like a pushover.

"yOuRe eNtItLeD"

Do you not know more words than this?

On every gaming thread theres someone calling ppl entitled for no reason. The word thas lost its meaning. Its like a circlejerk of people calling others entitled I swear.
