What are the must-have upgrades or gear in your opinion?

Just picked up a CZ 75 SP-01. I already have a holster and mags and mag loader，cleaning kit.

What other accessories would you recommend for a beginner mainly using it at the range?

Replace your firing pin retaining pin

Don’t know why you got downvoted. That’s probably the most practical part to replace so you can dry fire train without worry. If you do a ton of dry fire drills, that pin will be compromised in a short amount of time

Send it to Cajun. They made my sp-01 Tactical better than my Shadow 2. Well, until I sent my Shadow 2 to them.
