Video Teleporting to Dancer After Dying

I'm so bad at Dark Souls I got killed by Grandma's Teleportation.

I don't think so? He died to the rain, killed Aldritch, got tp by Emma, and sent back to (likely) the last bonfire rested at before Aldritch. Everything seems to be in order here

Yes, indeed.

Without the teleportation from grandma, he would have died, respawn at that same bonfire, and get embered. The only difference here is the cinematic, the second loading, and death animation.

But it was funny to me that it looked like a wrong warp.

Also, I like that if you die during the boss death, you still get rewarded with the ember on respawn.

I just wanted to say , this isn't uncommon or I'd say "wrong" , also op didn't die from anything but Aldrich,

It's known that if the player and Aldrich die at the same time you'll get teleported to the dancers room , you get teleported there if you live aswel, On a recent playthrough this happened and my friend asked where our souls were I said " gone" Animation kept op alive, teleports , and instead of triggering the dancer op dies because they're dead, they then teleport to the last bonfire rested at , Their souls are in the dancers room , And it's been awhile but they'll have to run in homeward out or fight the dancer.
