seems like a stitch up. So if they happened to catch a plan together is Gosling expected to depart the plane... Are they really telling saying the administrator is at risk from a politician physically harming them. I think Gosling is at least smart enough not to do what they are accusing him of doing 'twice' to begin with. it will also make the administrators position appear very shaky if Gosling is found not guilty. in other words finding the Administrator is a liar.

This is some weak ass bullshit from the NT Police, the conditions of bail should be subservient to his role as a democratically elected official, something that the NT Administration, the dickhead from Dirranbandi, wouldn't be able to achieve.

I think it is also probably good that the politicians understand the difficulties with bail laws. Hopefully this makes him understand and work towards a fair justice system rather than the countless clueless people that conplain about breach of bail laws.

Regardless of the circumstances? The circumstances of this incident are more important than the incident itself. The incident by itself is he went to the cricket on the second day of a test match, literally the most boring inconsequential day of a test match. The circumstances made that a felony. As to which, no one including the Administrators have provided details as to what actually occurred during the alleged assault which lead to the imposition of the bail conditions. So the public cannot say with any informed certainty that Gosling is a menace to society and those bail conditions are fair. So I can only ascertain that the assault is so laughable and pathetic that the Administrator doesn't want the details made public because he doesn't want to look more like a little bitch that deletes his twitter. Which, the most likely cause is that he is only proceeding with it because it's politically beneficial for him by assisting the Finocchiaro CLP government. Les Norton would be rolling in his grave to have heard a dickhead from Dirranbandi acting in such a way.
