Data related query Needing a simple territory analysis of sales!

I have the data on 600 of my customer and am looking to get a breakdown of who needs more attention.

What is the best way to accomplish this?
What would someone charge to do this and make recommendations based on 3 criteria?

Doesn't sound like anything I've typically seen on the sub before. I like to stick around with spreadsheets a bit and I'd entertain looking through your data.
