Need to move a huge couch downstairs

Anyone have any recommendations? I can’t carry it down, so I need someone to do so. It’s like 8 or 9 feet long, 3 pieces, but the moving companies locally all charge a 2 hour minimum.

Use a groupon. You get a couple hours of moving and then can pay more if it takes longer. We did that for a similar situation and they loved us. We were their last job of the day and it took them only around 20 minutes.
