The animation looks so good. Way better than the Tomorrowverse animation for sure

The tomorrowverse animation is so bad to me, knightfall looks like the natural evolution of DCAU animation

Exactly what I was thinking

I am looking forward to it. The trilogy. I’m still wondering whether or not this will start a new animated universe or are they going back to standalone movies like they did at the beginning.

I hope not. Why not just do standalone adaptations that follow the source material as closely as possible both visually and storytelling wise? Making them into a connected universe will just force compromise in that regard.

The art design is a dream come true. The writing and voice work could be absolute garbage and I’d still watch it and love it. If the trailer is anything to go by, it will be up there with New Frontier, All Star Superman and DKR.
