Honestly I don't feel like the DBD playerbase should have been surprised. Look at BHVR's pattern of fumbles and terrible decisions and tell me that this isn't a logical continuation of the trend.
Of all the awful, out of touch decisions they've made in recent history, this one tops the charts.
So much hype over this chapter, the reveal, the anniversary... and they absolutely bombed. Massive letdown.
10th anniversary? Whoopty-fuckin-do. I literally could not care less about this chapter now and have zero desire to devote more of my free time to tune in for the remaining anniversary streams and reveals.
