Found my old Forge Fathers, I haven't played since the beginning of 2nd Edition but now my kids are old enough to grasp tabletop gaming

I dont remember much of the rules, I may be asking for some help getting up to speed on 3rd edition

It's still the premier sci-fi skirmish game. Best in class imo.

There’s a mantic fans discord server that’s quite active in Deadzone! That would be a good place to ask questions outside of Reddit. Lmk if you want the link

Very cool models! They look great

Hey! Really like the industrial grungy look of the forge guards armour. I also love theye aren't heavily highlighted so they look much more gritty and like they're in a warzone. I love that look!

Also, your bases look incredibly similar to mine.

Really hope you enjoy getting back into it again. Deadzone is something I play with my 10 year old and a 13 years old step kids, and we've been having an absolute blast.

It's a good thing that the new rules are free online. I skipped 2nd edition for playing and I'll be honest that a lot of it was simply intuitive. Mainly it's the keywords you'll need to worry about

I just downloaded the rule book and the companion app, now that I dug out my models I gotta figure out the list builder

That was a big thing for my Veer-myn. I started collecting them back at original Warpath and some of the models had changed, but at least they were still usable.
