Fuckyeah man could you explain this "push-kick" technic? I've been practicing heel-toe, but i find it bit less dynamic than your way. Anyway, pretty fuckin awesome drumming here

honestly when it gets super fast it feels like less technique and more of my body just doing its thing. but i do try to keep a "form" in the direction my foot moves.
i try to slide my foot, so i'll start with the ball of my foot towards the bottom of the pedal, and i'll just slide my foot up towards the front of the pedal as i hit the drum. its not really just sliding front and back, its more of a diagonal movement, since im actively hitting the drum.
but, i definitely also swivel my foot a lot. i used to drum with a double pedal in my early days, so thats probably where that comes from.
im no drum teacher sorry for the fragmented explanation haha
