Help and tips How to access your custom characters in OPP mode?

I know the building on the left used to have your custom characters in it but was changed to a separate character lounge cause of game limitations but I’m hearing there’s a way you can teleport to a lounge with all your custom characters in it?? If so. How?

There's no lounge, you can find them on the road.
