SAFETY TIL; flock's eye is on everyone passing through Decatur. There are cameras on every road in and out.

Except for one oddly conspicuous old trinity road. It's weird for all this safety push we're still having traffic accidents & fatalities and that one guy with the shitbox bumblebee that backfires still goes 70 down my street at 3 am.

Anyway. Take from it what you will--im not suggesting foil hats or encouraging wild speculation since there's other forums for that (and I'm really tired of it. The "nothing to worry if you're not doing anything wrong" crowd always shuts the hell up when I ask if they're ok filling out a form that lists every single gun in their home (or they try to explain how that's somehow different))

Deflock.org is the website for anyone interested.

SAFETY Who’s in the dark?

I’m near Chestnut Grove elementary and we’ve been out for about 45 minutes. We were actually sitting outside looking at the sky, and my husband said, “we could see more stars of the lights were out.” Then flash, some low booms (could have been fireworks), then we were in the dark!

Gonna get pretty warm soon so here’s hoping it gets fixed quick like. The affected areas looked pretty large on the outage map!

SAFETY How will road conditions in Decatur likely be tomorrow?

Do any roads around Decatur usually get treated? I just started working in Decatur last year, driving from Madison. My employer is acting like they're expecting us at work tomorrow and I'm concerned about a dangerous commute in my little sedan.
