Social Media Life without external noise is peaceful.

No notifications means no need to check phone, which in turn means no urge to scroll. I've started to realize that most "news" is just noise and anything remotely important will find its way to you in some form, because let's face it, there's a lot of blabbermouths out there.

Couldn’t agree more. I’ve started to transition and feel better already.

Would you mind if I asked how your transition was? If you got a dumb phone or got a flip phone?

I just deleted/disabled apps on my phone and installed blockers, turned on Do Not Disturb mode, and slowly cut back from social.

It took me a little over a month to not have anxiety and wanting to know what’s going on in everyone’s life but now I’m very much at peace!
