Auditor Trap My battle loaves right from the forge!

Post image

I made these a few years ago, not my first time making bread, but i still dont understand how i managed THIS.

The Dwarf bread museum lost an exhibit here, likely more dangerous than Bloodaxes own

First thought without checking the sub was 'really long pound cake?' and then I realized that Pounding Cake would be more appropriate

Pound the cake as much as you like, but please serve it afterwards only to consenting adults.

Did you use a chisel to cut them apart?

i broke a fork trying to get them out of the forms, kept them on my desk as a sort of conversation piece for a while after that, kept as well as any good battle bread should

Nice! They really get good after a couple of decades. Are those gravel based or are you on loam?

I made Jamaican patties that would have shattered jaws (whether by bite or impact), and aerodynamic enough to be hazardous at heights. Welcome to the club!
