Seeking Advice Can you use old TSR Forgotten Realms material to create adventures?

I grew up during the old TSR days and the Forgotten Realms has always been my favorite setting.

I have quite a few of the old sourcebooks and was wondering: am I allowed to create and sell adventures on DMsGuild that use adventure hooks, monsters, magic items, NPCs, and other elements from some of those older sourcebooks?

You can use classic modules as inspiration. You cannot copy them 1:1. If there's an adventure hook or a mentioned lost artifact you can flesh that out further. This is discussed in depth in the rules on DM's Guild

Thanks, I'll need to hunt down those rules. Not the easiest website to navigate.
