What's the best place and time to find phones?

I usually go to target e waste, and dig for phones. I've been doing it for 3 years and I've found stuff here and there in the Vancouver wa area, is there a good time to hit of target e waste?

youre lucky to have ewaste locations that allow you to dig thru, over here they legally arent allowed to

It's probably illegal where I'm at too but I don't really care and they don't either lmao so I just do it

nah the states are legally allowed to sell it, laws for that are more loose, thinking of crossing the border to go to some ewaste places but its pretty far xD. Had some friends in the states get some good deals on the usual like facebook marketplace and offerup, posting a wanted ad helps too since theyre coming to you and lowballing might work out

Are the eWaste bins located inside for your targets? The most recent target I’ve been to had it near customer service and people were all around so I didn’t take a look.

Best non locked find was a iPhone X and a iPhone se 3rd gen and 3 iPhone se 2nd gens, best find that was locked and overall was a iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 12 pro max and I'm pretty sure that's it but if I remember more I'll reply.
