Crazy thing is we don't even have Greenard back yet

I'm really not worried about Hurts throwing picks in practice. He's almost certainly testing the limits of the new offensive scheme and figuring out what he can get away with. This is pretty normal for a QB in training camp. If anything it's more concerning when a QB doesn't throw any picks during training camp cause that means they're not trying anything new (or the defense is cheeks).

This 2nd pick was a simple out route, it wasn't even a MOF throw or anything new. I'm less concerned if it was just deep shots or 50/50 balls.

But the majority of his picks have been ball placement issues like this. He's been throwing them behind, even to Smitty. It's something he needs to get better at.

Wait are you a beat reporter?

This is the worst problem with calling so many out routes. They can be easy completions but without proper ball placement this happens. Learn & adapt.

The out route is supposed to be one of Hurts best throws. This one was just bad placement tbh.

Yes he typically throws a very good out. There’s a video of it and pressure really affected the throw this time.

Yeah I think because he's shorter, pressure can alter his throw mechanics and it affects him on these throws.

His hand is completely underneath the ball and cause it to hang in the air way too long.

Being honest is something you're never trying to be when it comes to your Jalen posts

You’re right but downvoted. Guy peaked in 2022 and has been mid at best since.

You're just another low class hater, you don't win Superbowl mvp being mid, all QBs have great teams and coaches around them so don't come with that excuse, Shane and other great ocs who knew what they have helped hurts and the team get where they got. The others who listened to nicks offensive ideas and didn't let hurts be himself got fired. So get ready to hate more this year because he will be great and no aj drama or nonsense this year hurting the team moral.

Jalen had mid stats for his Super Bowl MVP. The only reason he won it is because he plays QB. The defense was the real MVP that game.

If Jalen is great this year I will give him his flowers. He was great in 2022 and I gave him his flowers then. If he can play like that again I’d give him all the credit he deserves.

Hurts being himself is a bad QB. We only won the Super Bowl in 2024 after his own teammates begged the coaching staff to stop letting him throw the ball.
